Break Da Bank Slots Review + Bonus Offers September 26, 2023
Break da Bank is supposed to be a bank robbery themed slot machine, but with the exception of the background/logo area and the main symbol, you don’t get much of that.
Regular symbols take the form of Dollar Signs and of the three Bar logos (in 1, 2 or 3 stacked variants). It’s got a dated look, like something from the 90s.
The company that created Break da Bank is called Microgaming, and it’s a giant of the gambling industry, its largest developer of games.
Established in 1996, as the online casinos were just getting started, it has created hundreds and hundreds of slots since then, many of them still around and turned to HTML5 technology, for easier use.
They’ve adapted with the times, and they’re still doing great today, though lately, they’ve started relying on outside studios to create slot machines for their network.
Theme and Symbols
It’s not the cheapest game around play, as it requires at least $5 to be used each round, and the water can go as high as $125. The use of 5 lines will require a wager of $1 to $25 on each one. The way to take down the wager a bit is by reducing the number of active lines, but the jackpot value is not as high for that first couple of lines.
These days, I think that you will find Break da Bank to be a very simple and dated-looking slot machine, using 3×3 reels and delivering 5 active lines, every single round.
There isn’t much worth mentioning here, its features aren’t terribly advanced, but if you want player a classic, the game still has a lot of other things going for it, and it’s highly appreciated to this day.
Several sequels have been released as well, so those can also work if you prefer more modern 5-reel slots with better graphics and features. The most popular of these is Break Da Bank Again and a more modern take known as Bust The Bank.
Casino Bonuses for Break Da Bank
For a game with 3 reels, having lots of features is not something that’s to be expected. You have wild symbols though, and they can be of a lot of help.
First of all, these wild symbols are used as substitutes, so you can combine them with regular symbols, in order to create lower value combinations. At the same time, each wild that contributes gets to apply a multiplier, of 2x. With one wild, the payout doubles. With two wilds on the same line, the payout is at 4x the usual value.
There is also the fact that the wild symbol will pay directly, provided that it appears in all three positions of a line. The payout will vary depending on the line where this happens though, with 1000 to 2400 coins paid, for lines 1 to 5.
You can get some decent top payouts with this game. It varies the amount that it pays, at least for the jackpot symbol, so the top wins vary between 1000 and 2400 coins, for lines 1 to 5.
Get all five lines to form the jackpot combo at the same time, for a win of up to 7600 coins.
While the rewards seem typical for a slot like this, which varies the amount it pays on each line, the RTP is at a level that I’m not as happy with.
While 95.75% is not considered bad, these days most new releases come in at 96% to 96.50%, so this is below average.
You get a very simple looking game, with dated graphics and few features, but it’s still better than a true classic 3-reel slot, thanks to its potential payouts and everything else it offers.
