In addition to regular game symbols, you’ll be playing with inventory which includes 2 Utilities, 4 Train Stations and 22 Properties. A reaction takes place each time you get paid, replacing winning symbols with new icons which may or may not award another payout. Wild M helps by appearing on reels 2-6 to potentially complete a paying combination.

Every win sends Mr. Monopoly walking around the board. If he stops on a Property after the second cascade, a House is built on that particular position with one more to rise with each of the following reactions. You’ll become an owner of a Train Station the first time you land on the corresponding spot and same applies to Utilities. 

Landing on Go activates all 117,649 Megaways. Community Chest sends you to a random Property and adds up to 4 Houses to it. The Chance card either awards a spin on Max Megaways, triggers the feature or transports you to one of the Properties to supervise the construction of up to 4 Houses. The goal is to build the fifth House and claim 8 Free Spins as a reward.

The corresponding win multiplier starts at 1 and grows by 1 for each Utility in your ownership (or by 2 if you happen to own both Utilities). It will also increase by 1 for each House on a Property you land on while spinning on the house.

Extra 3 spins are awarded for each additional feature trigger beyond the first. You’ll get 1 more for every additional House beyond the fifth and every Train Station owned.  There’s also an opportunity to retrigger the feature with a Chance card which either sends the player to a random Property, activates all Megaways for the next spin or grants 5 extra free games.

Once all Free Spins play out, they will no longer be the owner of Train Stations and Utilities but still get to keep all Houses constructed on unvisited Properties
